We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead Engineer – Spatial Intelligence to spearhead the development and deployment of advanced reasoning modules across devices and cloud for spatial intelligence towards Physical AI. You will be responsible for designing the architecture for large-scale spatial systems that covers both agentic tool usage of perception/reasoning models (e.g. object detection, VLMs, and LLMs) and long-term foundation model strategy for pre-/post-training to enable accurate and robust spatial reasoning, prediction, and planning for real-world environments from warehouses to homes.

- Define product and feature requirements and work across platform components
- Architect scalable and multi-modal systems for real-world Physical AI applications
- Lead the development and deployment of perception ML models on robots and cloud
- Drive the strategy in data, as well as training and deployment multi-modal language models e.g. VLM and VLN for reasoning and planning
What it takes
- Advanced degree - preferably PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Robotics, or related field
- Proven experience with productionizing or deploying large-scale ML components in real-world perception or robotic systems
- Proficiency in PyTorch and distributed training
- Demonstrated leadership across technical projects
